BEFORE YOU EMBARK ON ANY PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAM, PLEASE CONSULT A DOCTOR TO ENSURE YOU ARE FIT FOR EXERCISE.
This is an incredibly important time for strength & conditioning. Demands of your sport increase every year. Many Deerfield teams will be conducting FITNESS TESTS when you return to campus in the fall.
Don’t be afraid to push yourself. Find your limits and crush them each time you train!
Your program was designed to meet the following goals:
- General & Specific performance enhancement for your sport
- Overall athletic development
- Injury prevention
Make sure to use spotters when necessary.
