Summer is an incredibly important time for strength & conditioning. Performance demands of your sport increase every year.  Many Deerfield teams will be conducting FITNESS TESTS during the early weeks of practice.  Get fit now! Do not wait until pre-season to start training.

Don’t be afraid to push yourself.  Find your limits and crush them each time you train!

Your program was designed to meet the following goals:

  • General & specific performance enhancement for your sport
  • Overall athletic development
  • Injury prevention

Make sure to use spotters when necessary.
